Our employees are also our customers because everyone shops at Action, and everyone can work there. We see differences in cultural background, gender or age as a way of enriching our organisation. We currently have people of 159 different nationalities working in our stores, distribution centres and offices. And we are proud that every year more people from all over the world want to work at our company.

The last time, 92% of employees took part in the survey and 88% said they felt involved.
