As the store manager of your own Action store, you're the coach and motivator of your store employees and get every opportunity to develop within our successful, international retail organisation. 

Captain and coach all-in-one

As a business leader you, together with your assistant store manager(s), provide leadership to your store employees and do everything you can to achieve a good turnover. If you're successful, you can expect a nice bonus. In addition to sales and keeping your store looking good, you are also involved with stock and staff deployment. You run your own store, but also have regular check-ins with your regional manager into whose shoes you may step one day

Are you ready for Action?

• You have completed an mbo 4 education or you've got an hbo working and thinking level. 

• You've got at least five years' work experience in retail, of which at least two in a leadership role. 

• You have experience in conducting evaluation and sick leave interviews.  

• Given our opening times, you think it's great to work regularly in the evenings and at weekends. 

• You are down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, cost-conscious and solutions-oriented.
